AKCOME Technology acquires 51% stake in Beixiang City Investment.


On April 7, AKCOME announced that the company's controlling shareholder AKCOME  Industrial and Qinghai Fuboda Investment Group Co., Ltd. reached an intention to acquire a 51% stake in Qinghai Beixiang City Investment Co., Ltd. (referred to as “Beixiang City Investment). Upon completion, AKCOME Industrial will hold a 51% stake in Beixiang City Investment and become its controlling shareholder.


JongJiTaiHe acquired 2 photovoltaic power plant projects in the Mainland


On April 7, JongJiTaiHe (01281.HK) announced that it has acquired 100% of the Huai'an Distributed Photovoltaic Power Plant project from an independent third party and 84.58% of the Hebei Longhua Photovoltaic Power Plant Project, involving 5MW and 20M installed capacity. The cash consideration was RMB 7.19 million and RMB 8.458 million, respectively, and internal resources were disbursed.


Duke Energy Acquires Two 5MW Photovoltaic Projects in North Carolina


On April 5, Duke Energy (Charlotte, NC) announced the acquisition of two 5MW solar PV projects in Eastern North Carolina from ET Capital. The Hertford Power Station is located in Hertford, Perquimans County, and the Long Farm Photovoltaic Project is located in Garysburg, Northampton County. The two projects were completed in March and will generate approximately 2,000 household electricity.
